The Collaborative was delighted to take part in OPTA’s annual conference at the University of Toronto on April 29th. We worked with teacher Jan Hasking-Winner of OHASSTA at Malvern Collegiate Institute to produce a demo for our collaborative activities. We visited her 12th grade Economics classroom with a team of philosophy and sociology profs to practice deliberative inquiry and work with students on social and ethical dimension of trade as part of their project-based learning classroom activities. Thanks to our partner Enable Education for all the work! We’re looking forward to being able to share the video.
We’ll be in Dublin to work with Educate Together and their partner University College Cork implement our collaborative platform in Ireland 14-16 May.
